3. Payment Confirmation

• Upon successful completion of the payment, a confirmation receipt/reference number will be generated.

4. Appointment and Service Availability

• Appointment confirmation is subject to doctor availability and hospital scheduling.
• The hospital reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unavoidable circumstances.
• There might be certain delays in the doctor appointment due to emergency/unavoidable circumstances in the hospital.

5. Cancellation

• Appointment cancellation requests should be raised before the scheduled consultation time.
• Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed as per the Refund Policy.

6. Liability

The hospital shall not be responsible for:

• Payment failures due to banking/network issues
• Unauthorized transactions caused by user negligence
• Delays caused by third-party payment systems

7. Data Security
